My complaint:
I stay in Mindalore house 2243. In the period I stayed here I have raised a lot of concerns regards to my levy which has not been resolved. I spoke to Isabela who I believe is the site manager, who ed that Im not the only one they are busy rectifying that mistake.
I recently received an updated statement showing that I owe a lot of money and there was no adjustment that was done.
Im so disappointed with such a BAD client service from a big company like yours.
