My complaint:
Good day to whoever is reading this email. I am terribly disappointed by the Cosmopolitan Houses Company for undermining make a Black south african citizen. I l bought my house in Cosmo City in 2010 and moved in 2011 and ever since I moved into that house I endured a faeces mess of a sewage bust since.
The Randburg Water Department has been assisting me however it is not a permanent solution. They infact were the ones to advise me to report the matter to Cosmopolitan Houses for their poor Plumbing infrastructure that is causing a bad habitat for a human being. I have been sending emails of complaints to Cosmopolitan houses and not surprisingly no one responds. I know that you have terrible publicity so I am also going to add more on that bad publicity as this company just undermines black people so now we are heading for this inhumane condition that my wife,children and pets have endured for the last twelve years. I have attached a picture of what I am talking about in this email.
The question that CEO that you have is will he live in this type of a condition with his family or is he just taking black people for granted just because they support him anyway i don’t need that answer he can answer that in court.
Now I am opening a case with the Randburg Magistrates court and it is better that we meet in court where this matter will be resolved once and for all.
