My complaint:
I stay in Mindalore ext 7, house 2420. In the period I stayed here I have raised a lot of concerns which have not been resolved. I have spoken to Charlie who is I believe the site manager, but to no avail. His response the last time I spoke top him sometime in Jan 2022 he said that there are too many houses, which I do not know how that had to do with me. But I really am not a happy client at all. My issues are listed below:
1. I raised an issue with the patio rails- I was told they do not form part of the plan, when one of the house close to mine has the same number of steps and with rails- I questioned this and was brushed off
2. The rails inside the house to go up have screws coming off and I was told people who were installing these will be sent to my house and it is now over 8 months and nothing is being done or happening
3. When it rains water goes through the holes in the side of the door and I was told that it is the measurements according to the contract
4. Sliding doors at the main bedroom upstairs-the water drips though when it rains directly to the doors-I was told people will be sent almost
a year ago to come and put a rubber or something to stop that from happening and nothing has happened thus far
5. When it rains there is water dripping on the slab under the stair cases, so it gets wet and you can see water dripping down
6. There is a line on the slab right underneath where we sit in the sitting room and it looks like water stuck there as well
7. The garage lock inside is broken and I have reported this and nothing had been done also
8. The upstairs bathroom light seems to have water inside it and does not switch on
9. One of the gate rollers is not working properly and the gate is skewed when it closes
10. The geyser is also not working in less than two years
I hope these issues will be received with the urgency they require and something be done about them,

I need someone to take accountability to fix all these issues above
