My complaint:
My luggage was damaged in my flight from Sao Paulo to Washington DC, where I live. I filled a request with Copa, and they answered me asking to provide a Brazilian Bank account and a Brazilian ID, and to sign a document saying that I already received the refund.
I wrote them back saying that I live in US, and do not have a Brazilian bank account or a Brazilian ID anymore. That I can provide my American ID and my American bank account.
15 days later they answered me back asking the same information. they didn’t even read what I wrote on my previous e-mail. I am so done with them. I don’t want to wait more 15 days to receive a silly answer. And how long will take to receive the refund for my luggage? Not even a phone number to talk to someone they provided. The number that they have is only for purchases and reservations.
Suggested solution:
They should ask for my correct information here in the US and pay me ASAP
