My complaint:
My complaint is you made exceptions for an entire plane full of passengers. My daughter and son-in-law were given food vouchers and a free hotel by United Airlines when they had to spend the night in Newark , New Jersey. It is completely unethical to pick and choose which passengers you will accommodate!
I have included our formal complaint to Pedro Heilbron, CEO of Copa Airlines. Additionally, I have copied the Board of Directors and the Ethics committee and our local attorney.
I await your immediate response!

I need to be reimbursed for the costs that we incurred for the hotel and food that all other passengers on a different flight were given
