My complaint:
My luggage is with Copa airlines in Chile. I called multiple times to get it forwarded but they tell me to wait until an email response which could take UP TO 25 days! I mentioned I have eye contacts and urgent medication in there I need. I don’t even know if I can ever get my bag back.
Suggested solution:
Forward my luggage as quickly as possible! Case number 688205.
