My complaint:
I had booked the flight ticket from Santa Cruz Bolivia to Cancun two months ago with Copa airline. Today, I was checking my trip, but I couldn’t find my e-ticket with my booking number, so I called Copa airline all day. They didn’t answer the phone until this afternoon. They said the booking had been cancelled.
1. I didn’t cancel the booking, how will it be done?
2. They charged the cancelled fee, but I didn’t request the refund.
3. I spent whole day to contact them, no one answered the phone.
Suggested solution:
They didn’t solve the problem.
1. They said the refund fee had been sent to my account, but I didn’t request the refund.
2. They said we need to check if I received the refund fee, and call it back again. How long should I waste the time to make a call again, I mean wait for their answer?
