Comcast complaint: ongoing modem issues

My complaint:

ongoing modem issues, on and off, blinks, internet, tv goes down, have to reboot constantly have techs come out, nothing wrong, everything looks good, NOT! spinning cirlce while watching tv, have to reset everything all the time, tv shuts off when modem flasshes, have to return off, boots off amazon or netflix , goes back to original tv, have to log back on and reboot all the damn time!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH , WHEN IS COMCAST GOING TO GET NEW MODEMS OR DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ! CONSTANT COMPLAINTS FROM EVERYONE EVERYYWHERE! THE PRICE WE PAY FOR THIS CRAP IS RIDUCULOUS AND WILL BE FINDING ALTERNATIVE AND ASKING FOR REFUND OF FOUR MONTHS OF SERVICE!

I DON'T KNOW, GET BETTER EQUIPMENT
