My complaint:
I can’t stream anything nor can we use our devices simultaneously. We pay for 600 – 1200 mbps and a speed test shows we’re getting 56 to 62 mbps. Dial up is faster. I’ve been on the phone with these people at least 5 times at a half hour to 1 anda half hoursat a time. The overseas component does not comprehend english and constantly screws up their reports. The last tech said he was here because I said there were wires hanging off a pole?
Suggested solution:
Fix the damned service I\'m not getting and credit me for all the time I can\'t use my overpriced account.
