My complaint:
Comcast tech. Came to my house to connect the cable and internet .in the process he managed to cut the cable to basement beyond repair, the cable line leading to the tv Comcast field supervisor came to the house said he going to take the his boss.this is unbelievable that Comcast is doing this,because they know I have no chance in court.
Suggested solution:
Just fixing the cable line so their is cable in the basement, nothing more than the same way it was before the technician damage it.
