My complaint:

Hello. My internet has gone out numerous times over the past few days. What is happening? It’s frustrating to have to work with internet outages. What is the status? Will this continue? What refund will I receive?

Suggested solution:

No additional internet outages. Reimburse me for the past few days of issues.
