I have lived in Brunswick West for over 40 years and never seen Union Square is so dirty and dilapidated
Also you should consider cleaning the store PublicToilets and suroundings, as it’s a disgrace,
It’s as if the Green Grocer owns the complex.
Your specials aren’t special any more, as you sneak prices up, one doesn’t realise until purchase.
Not a happy customer anymore. as you have taken the personal touch out of customer service, Coles don’t
value the elderly customers West Brunswick and surrounding areas, whom rely on personal customer service.
Suggested solution:
Add more check out staff and service
Clean the area from parking lot to actual supermarket. Also toilets
