My complaint:
I received an email indicating that on the 22th my money would be available on the 22nd the money is not there. I can not do anything it.shows 65.00 and I have over 10,000.00. I need to withdraw money today and they are holding my money. I been to speak to somebody to explain why my money is not available to cashout this is urgent and I am not getting any resoonse
Suggested solution:
I. Eed to withdraw money today. It shows 65.00 I have over 10,000.00 where is my money. Why I canot use the money I need to transfer to my checking account now
