My complaint:
I sent 2K of XLM a week ago from Phemex and they responded immediately saying the transaction went through and coinbase has it.
However, I am still waiting for it to post. I need this money ASAP. (like last week! )
Suggested solution:
Please follow the hash I have forwarded and help me find this immediately!
(How can this company be trusted with all the complaints I am seeing on complain. biz and reddit? Must I stop using this platform?)
