My complaint:

After much online research, Reddit conversationschats, and discussions with friends, on September 19th I placed my very FIRST crypto order on coinbase PRO. The fiat markets pricing on coinbase PRO’s website revealed a cost for SHIB of $.00000774. Believing what your website indicated, I placed several thousand dollars into my account and purchased SHIB with $1,350 USD. Upon believing the market screen saying the SHIB price, I hit the buy button, trusting the information presented for the market price.

Due to Coinbase computer system issues, I did not notice the different price for SHIB. I was unaware and was not notified of any computer issues with the SHIB coin price. A week later by chance I was looking at the history and noticed the artificial price charged to me. I would have never purchase the coin! Why would anyone purchase and artificially inflated price that was many times more expensive, to lose the majority of their investment the instant the buy button is pushed?!?

Suggested solution:

I do not feel I should be charged the artificial price and should be granted the actual September 10th 2021 SHIB market price with appropriate corresponding number of SHIB shares.
