My complaint:
I am a long term Coinbase user. I have given all information for identification purposes and linked my account with my bank. Recently, I purchased Cardano (ADA) on Coinbase Pro and I tried to send it off of my Coinbase wallet and into my external wallet. Coinbase would not let me send any crypto off of my account to an external wallet. I also had some Bitcoin on Coinbase, and they will not let me move my Bitcoin to an external account. No warning or reason was given. My crypto is being forcibly held on the Coinbase wallet.
Suggested solution:
Provide a reason for why my account was restricted. Give me the chance to remove the restriction and allow me to send my crypto to my external wallet.
