My complaint:
my coinbase account was hacked, all my money was emptied out of my linked bank account I used to buy bitcoins etc. I never received any authentication steps (In the past I received this step when I signed in).
My account was completely changed and I no longer can sign in. I am a senior and need to speak with a person.
Suggested solution:
Coinbase needs to formally return my stolen money to me. I am talking about $42,000
