complaint case 11126779 has not been addressed . So, resolution is impossible. I am told to wait and I do so, but six months have passed and $130,000 was taken.
Suggested solution:
I have documented every call, etc for coinbase, and the representatives say things like when you called the lady should have shut down your account. You told her that you feared you were about to be hacked. Instead, she monitored the account and spoke with you for over forty minutes. $67,000 disappeared, and you immediately called back and hit the system account shutdown number. Then you called back and the theft continued all day while you were assured all was shut down. Then the agent say, but there is nothing I can do about it myself. They should address it.
