Coinbase complaint: Missing funds?

My complaint:

I started receiving email about authorization to access my Coinbase account from places that I have never been. I called Coinbase support and they locked my account and I had to recertify my identity. This did not solve the problem I continued to receive the emails. After more phone call to Coinbase I was advised to open new account and that Coinbase would transfer funds from old account to new account. I called Coinbase support and the representative guided me through the verification process insisting I do it while he was on the phone. After verification I was informed that the funds would be transferred to new account and call ended. After 2 days I received email that some of the funds had been transferred. I noticed that the account total was $300-$400 less than my old account. The old account had been locked so I dont know exact amount. I believe the difference is some Bitcoin that was in old account. I called coinbase and inquired about old account and was informed that old account had been closed and the representative didnt have access to those records. At that time I was also notified that my case would be handled by email instead of by phone calls up to this point. Further communications with Counbase have resulted in no results of what funds were in old account before Coinbase closed with out my authorization. Coinbase support case 11755077 andc11763527 document these facts.

Suggested solution:

Provide me a inventory of old account before Coinbase closed it. Any funds that were not transferred to new account need to be transferred. Compensate me for my time and trouble
