My complaint:
i have staked ether which upon staking was advertise once staked to be tradeable for cbETH, which is their self printed coin that represents the staked amount. cbETH is tradable. knowing this i staked my ether, but after staking it, i am faced with an error message when i try to exchange it for cbETH saying user is il-eligible to wrap staked ether. i have called over 10 times, posted on reddit and twitter, emailed support and other related employees, but all ask for more time and completely ignore me. this is thievery, i need my money and they have it.
Suggested solution:
they should give me my eth or its equivalent back and overhaul the support division. this is criminal and i may end up suing as i am extremely affected by the loss of this money in a very critical time in my life
