My complaint:
I applied for a coinbase loan using my bitcoin as collateral. The loan is paid in full with a zero balance . The collateral has not been released and is still being held. I cannot use or sell my assets since they are held as collateral for a loan I do not have. I have contacted them daily for a week . I have tried instant message,email and phone call. I only get form type message responses which make no sense. I contact them saying my loan is paid in full please release my collateral and get a response that does not make sense. Customer case 14473841 was closed by customer support saying case was resolved. Customer case is not resolved because customer support did not do anything but close the case. Customer support does not understand once a loan is paid in full you must release the collateral held for that loan.
Suggested solution:
Release the collateral held 0.04319418 BTC back to my account. LOAN IS PAID IN FULL!
