My complaint:

Case13469826

I have countless ticketemail bw coinbase and me (customer 5 years). They dont accept their system(auth serverPro server) is compromised. They misguide with mix of information about attacker or system compromised. Their support agent says so many customer is affected but when you email them they say your emaildevice or 2fa is compromised which does not make sense. If I am feeling pain not sure about the other customer. My fault is I trust coinbase and lost fund since they are not reimbursing the fund as it is crypto outside transaction according to them. However, support agent says its coinbase system is compromised not user device. This is so frustrating.

They have lost fund of many customer. I am one of them too. They should atleast build up
higher security layer on their network they shoud have not only detection but also protection security layer on their network as well. Bcz so many people have their fund with them.
