My complaint:
My Coinbase Account has been flagged restricting my access. I have submitted all documents requested some time ago, but the restrictions have not been lifted and I can get no update from Coinbase. I have written to them many times, but I have never received a helpful response. Also, they have not replied to my questions regarding my Ethereum staking rewards which for some reason are not accumulating in my account. This is causing me great frustration and anxiety and is starting to affect my mental wellbeing.
Suggested solution:
Restore my account to full functionality and answer my query regarding my earned rewards on Ethereum staking.
