My complaint:
This is a complaint related to fraud. Someone took money from my moms checking account using her routing and checking account number. On 12-2-2021 they took $10 then on 12-3-2021 they took $1000. None of this was done by my mom Connie Johnson or ok with her. You need to refund her money.
Suggested solution:
deposit back the $1010.00 you took from Connie Johnson
