My complaint:
Friday 19th Nov 2021.Im looking into a coinbase.com whats happened there…. Most crypto was very down thats day so I decided to invest some money (save money for health my issues). Im investigating total: GBP 654.08. Crypto GYEN cost was was thats time …. GBP 0,0093 and GBP 0,0095.
Im was worried about the transaction whats I received from Them was not right very bad exchanges for British Pounds .The GYEN crypto was More then 100 times less in value of crypto.
Im CHECKING PRICES ON DIFFERENT WEBSITE AND MARKET SO THEY HAVE STRICTLY SAME….
GBP 0,0093 GBP 0,0095
And not like coinbase price when buying GBP 0,01
Make a big different and when YOU CHANGE PRICE TO COVER ALL MISTAKES YOU done best to CHANGE PRICE (maybe no one , take a notice…)
Im sorry but I DONT TRUST COINBASE !
Im was sending few emails to them and made a screenshot so I have a proof for it.Time was around 5pm in UK. Im received back email from customer service explain thats happened when Im swapping one to another crypto – I dont saying Im swapped crypto only buying so COINBASE CUSTOMERS SERVICE DONT CARE ABOUT GIVE A RIGHT answer to CUSTOMERS QUESTIONS ,and thats was happened few times when I have any issues with they products and asking customers and service!
Im have buying a crypto for all GBP 654.08 and thats been already deducted coinbase- fee.
Im received email from Customer Service informed myself about…THEY HAVE A ISSUES WITH CRYPTO: GYEN and POWR.THEY HAVE A PROBLEM BUT STILL SELLING AND YOU CAN SWAPPED FOR DIFFERENT Crypto. Its after 7pm.
Im was very worried about whats they doing….
Im still sending email with questions whats going on today NO ONE FROM CUSTOMERS SERVICE ANSWER PROPERLY FOR SIMPLE QUESTIONS…..
AFTER 8pm my account at coinbase was blocked. I have access to the account but Im cant send buying or swap any crypto (Im feeling like stilling person who just wants just money)During the entire blockage of the account and the amount of the crypto,who take a responsibility to paying bills? COINBASE doesnt cares about it Im have few times from customers service! THEY have a problem the responsibility give to all customers (and better for poor customer so they was scared to touch the Coinbase monopolies …)
Every valued financial company has insurance against system errors or people….ect.so they covering most things like it.
I got a lot of written and sent email to them to get a back with the correct crypto status….
Im was happy not for long… Im withdraw GBP 1500 and rest left in crypto GYEN.Unfortunately on 22th NOV 2021 my whole was clean from all money I have Total: GBP 851.74 My hard earned money was STILLING BY COINBASE!
I was receiving this email from excellent and friendly customer service (you can feel thats friendly writing was very upset and nasty about thinking logical person…
Im thinking they have thousands people like me people who lost ar was taken because they Can do everything with poor customer!
Im take the money because Im starting reading about coinbase feedback how they treated people and how its the customer services provider!
And Im have now proof of exactly what says people saying in feedback…

We have resolved many of the technical difficulties we encountered with respect to GYEN and POWR, however, we are still working to correct a display issue some customers may experience.
Customers may see their GYEN and POWR transactions displaying a value 100x more or less than expected – this is the result of a decimal display issue. This behavior does not impact your ability to withdraw the correct amount of your GYEN and POWR in your account and your wallet account balance is correct.
THE PRICES WHEN IM BUYING THE CRYPTO on 19th NOV AND NOW WAS CHANGED (by Coinbase but was buying on 19th Nov and after few days was changed…) FEW TIMES ,….
SO ITS THATS LEGAL?
Im dont think so ….
They have the right to cheat on everything and take the money from people who earned by hard working ….
Im was not rich person,but person who’d worked very hard to earned money for life ….
Yes MR COINBASE we are the same person but between us was a huge abyss and we call thats Respect and love , and if you dont have a heart ,And dont help people and treating people like nothing….its bad !
Sorry but Im riding feedback and its no one saying a good words about coinbase shame Of YOU
Think for moments about it….

Suggested solution:
You mast take everything lightly…if this what you do with yours clients.I will ask you. The entire amount taken from the account on 22th NOVEMBER 2021 (included rest 2 different crypto currencys amount) and whole amount please multipled 100 times.Please do so during ASAP this week to my English bank account.
