My complaint:
I opened my account with an email address i can no longer access. Since then i opened another account with a valid email address. I followed all of coinbase’s procedures to switch email adress but to no avail and now they locked me out of both accounts and i can not acces either.When i call the support center they tell me my issue can not be resolved talking to anyone and hang up on me.
Suggested solution:
Refund all of my money in both accounts i have set up
