My complaint:
I am United States citizen, I had traveled to Iran 2 months ago, because of having access to my Coinbase account I requested from Coinbase to change my phone number to the phone number That I had temporary in Iran , they recovered my account with the new phone number, so I didn’t know access to Coinbase from Iran is not allowed, they sent me email that my account got restricted and my account has been locked for 2 months, I made ticket and tried to explain what happened and I emailed them all the Documents that shows I am leaving in USA , and also I did 2-step verification. but after days not any support to solve the problem
Suggested solution:
They can review all the Documents that shows I am USA citizen and I have right to use Coinbase account,
