Coinbase complaint: can not reset password for 3 weeks

My complaint:

I have not been about to access my account for 3 weeks. no one answers phone at company. I try to reset password but nothing is sent to my email address..

Suggested solution:

I NEED TO GET ACCESS to my account immediately.
