My complaint:
On April 12, 2021 I received an email from Coinbase Support stating that my account may have been compromised. I called 888-908-7930 and had my account locked and I changed the password on my email account to avoid anyone from getting control of my email account. I received a call later that night from Coinbase stating that my account will remain locked for 2 days while Coinbase observes to see if there is any unusual activity. I was told that I would received an email within 2 days to discuss when I could login again. As of April 15, 2021, I have not received any email and my account remains locked. I did not give this individual any financial information

Email me to tell me the next steps. I need to get my assets back under my control.
Amazing! Seems to be a pattern. The same happened to me. I have been locked out since April 25th 2021. No access. No chance. No response. No customer Service! Completely irresponsible coming from a PUBLIC company! I can’t wait to end this nightmare!
