I have a new account with my funds. I can log into this account account with my new criteria of m****@anker****.com. I have an old account that has funds. I cannot log into this account with my old criteria of m****@*****.com.

I purchased chain link and stellar lumens. If I cannot get a real phone call and help, I will be hiring a lawyer to recover the funds.
