My complaint:
I bought BTC 3302021 on coinbase and my bank payment 3312021 today is 462021 , it still show pending payment I can’t send for 8 days , I sent many email to coinbase no one reply , and no customer service phone number can reach them? I also heard a lot of complaints about they delay sent the funds delay transaction? This is really bad service I don’t know when I can got my BTC

I will need to send my BTC to trade for other but I don’t dare to use coinbase anymore? On their website policy shows to ACH payment 1-2 days then transaction 2-3 days most 4-5 days now it is 8 days I still not received my BTC to send? They should refund my service fee $166 then my BTC right away
