My complaint:
My account was hacked. Received a text message stating that specious transaction had occurred. Contacted their support and was told that nothing had left the account and that I could lock it, which I did immediately. Then, was locked out of my account for three days at which point I was pretty much told to bad so sad. So warning, all the supposedly secure long in means absolutely NOTHING. So, my account went from almost $800 to $147 with no recourse. So, warning to anyone on the platform expect absolutely no help whatso every if your account gets hacked, and locking your account means nothing except you will not be able to have access to it.
Suggested solution:
When my account gets fully restored.
