My complaint:
I was told by coinbase that I had to withdrawal my crypto due to legal reasons and the Canadian government. So I gathered all my crypto 729.60 into etherium and proceed to withdraw to PayPal only method for withdrawals for Canadians i have spent 4 hours on the phone with PayPal they are extremely understanding and extremely helpful and they can’t find the transaction anywhere. I called coinbase and was met with hostility lesss then ideal customer service was told my case was no big deal and to wait the 62 days for it to bounce back from PayPal which it won’t cause it’s never gotten to PayPal there team of experts that only do email are a bloody joke to be modest and the customer service is rude aggressive and ignorant
Suggested solution:
Find my transaction they lost or refund me the transaction money plain and simple
