My complaint:
In one of my raids this morning I was able to receive a magical chest.
In that magical chest, it gave me two gold cards.
Before I was even able to choose the gold card, that page went back to the play screen page.
Therefore, I did not get the Gold card I was rewarded never mind a Gold card 8 desperately needed to close that village.
Suggested solution:
You should resolve my complaint by giving me a gold card that I didn't receive and should have and that I need.
I've been trying to get that card for over a year now to close my Village and today I finally got
The chance to get it and there was a technical issue on your side.
And I don't have a photo to show proof because within seconds that screen where's off.
This was a technical issue on coin Master side my internet didn't have issues.
Coin master should do the right thing I'm a coin Master player I let people know that they should play this game and you should also refund the card that I was told I was going to get a good faith.
