My complaint:
Yesterday early hours this morning I came first in one of their tournaments
I logged on it told me i was first and click to claim which I did. It then froze and said that the internet connection was lost i kept trying again and again but still the same message. So I havent recived my winnings. This was one with a special gift that could have a joker card in and could have extra high mount spins
Suggested solution:
They should give me what I am owed and compensation on top fir all the trouble
