My complaint:

I placed my order on 7 January 2019 under Order Number: 28343480 and have still not received this product. I received one communication from them saying my product will be with me by 29 January 2019 but not received the item nor will they respond to message sent,

Suggested solution:

I want a refund because I do not have faith in this company and I cannot get in touch with them by telephone. I have contacted all that I can but they are ignoring me.
