My complaint:
I recently visited your Heysham Rd Morecambe outlet and was shocked at how cold it was inside the shop, staff looked like they had just come out of a freezer. this isnt the first time myself and quite a few others have noticed this. Although if it does not change it may be the last time. I think this is unfair if not in fact illegal for your staff to have to work in this enviroment. I did suggest to a few of them to complain to their union
