My complaint:
Original complaint is that the jets to our hot tub stopped working, I have tried repeatedly to get somebody out to honour the warranty yet no one replies. I work away at sea and do not think it is fair that I am having to continually chase you up to respond to me because the item I purchased from you is faulty, I have been contacting you for over 3 months!
