My complaint:
the clever spa has been back twice and had to wait at least a month between each return
we’ve had it back three weeks and know there was a burning smell and has melted the plug and its been plugged in there for over a year and a half and has never done this before
we love our hot tub when its working. we are very upset to find out its no longer under warranty but had to wait a month or more for it to be fixed before and then returned.
Suggested solution:
they said to us on phone conversation if it keeps getting returned and it cant be fixed we would recieve a new one this has not happened surely the hot tub has not be ok for like 4 months with it going back wards and forwards its not been 100 percent since the first break down we are very unhappy. photos have been sent via email already
