My complaint:

Good afternoon, Today, 9/25/23, I received a call for ation on two appointments I had for tomorrow, 9/26. One at 10 and one at 11 for a Mammogram and Ultra Sound of the breast. The person who called told me I needed to bring my past records and I don’t have this on hand. I need to get this from the radiology, but they need a day or so for pick up. I wouldn’t make it in time for my appointment. I have been waiting for 3 months to get an appointment and now they tell me this the day before at 3 ish PM. I had no time to get the necessary documents for my tests. I called and was transferred around several times before i got the right place. But the lady who answered was not nice. She had a mono-tone to speak and did not care that I had already waited 3 month. She did not care of my situation. She told me no. That I needed my past results before any testing. I didn’t want to reschedule. But I guess i had no choice. But now she was making me wait another 2 months. She told me she could not schedule one without the other.
I then called to cancel my appointments and the person I spoke to, could not give me a manager or someone to speak to for me to file a complaint. I asked for the email for the President and Chief of Operations and they just had me on hold. After being over an hour on the phone, and not getting anything resolved, I decided to file a complaint. I would like an appointment for a MAMMOGRAM and Ultrasound for my breast and I don’t want to wait that long for it. I am willing to take an appointment for Oct 16-20th.

I would like someone to call me and reschedule my appointment for sometime in Oct. 2023.
