My journey with Cleveland Clinic dates back to 2017 when I first sought solace in your corridors, grappling with the relentless challenges of Dysautonomia/POTS. Over the years, your compassionate care has not only mended my body but also rekindled my hope.
Today, as I stand at the crossroads of uncertainty, I implore you to see beyond the confines of paperwork and statistics, and into the eyes of a patient who has entrusted his very life to your care. I understand the intricate balance hospitals must strike, managing resources while delivering exceptional care. But I stand before you not just as a medical record but as a person, a father of two girls, an employee, and a soul yearning for a chance at a better life.
The recent denial, based on the evaluation that the care team might have exhausted their options, has left me bewildered and disheartened. My purpose in seeking your hallowed halls is clear – cardiac rehabilitation, a path that offers me a glimmer of hope, a lifeline to reclaim my health and my role in my family and community.
I kindly request a detailed explanation for the refusal of my case while I already Have approval from my embassy for the neurology test that the doctor asked for and want to continue my rehabilitation and find more options to get my life back , an insight into the criteria and factors that swayed this pivotal decision. Furthermore, I implore you to reconsider, to delve deeper into my case, to see the urgency and gravity of my situation, and to acknowledge the profound effect it has on my quality of life.

Suggested solution:
accepting my case to continue my medical treatment and giving me an appointment, if the Doctor doesn't have a solution go to another Doctor to go for the other solution not denying the patient's case.
