My complaint:
I wish to file a complaint against Alexis the scheduler at Craig Francis Mangie Dentistry office this woman is very rude person , I do not appreciate the way i was talked to by her she shouldn’t have a job where she deals with the pubic .She called me four days straight threating me to cancel my appointment i tired calling my doctors office when i was on the phone with her and she hung up on me. .Alexis talks to you very rudely, I have 3 witness that will tell how rude she has been to me on the phone these people who over heard her being rude on the phone these people could not believe how rude she was talking and that she was working at the Cleveland clinic Main what kind of hospital refuse to help a person that has a infection for over a month unless you have 600 dollars up front what happened to the Hippocratic oath I guess its dead and GREED IS THE NEW NORMAL AT CLEVELAND CLINIC DENTISTRY

I sure would not let her deal with the pubic she does not need to be any where close to pubic or she has biased towards a certain type of person either way I will never ever go to the Cleveland clinic Dentist and I will tell everyone I know how rude and how they are only about money at the Dentistry office they wont even let someone with no income make payments to get teeth removed that have been infected since June 19th the teeth are breaking from radiation from cancer which the Cleveland clinic said the teeth would break and now that they are breaking I cant get any help with removal due to the Dentist writing that I will need Hyperbaric Oxygen and he was going to pull them without the oxygen cause he said i refuse the oxygen which never happened said I was scared of being locked in a chamber
