My complaint:
I would like to complain about the lack of special dietary needs. I booked this hotel well in advance of the date we a were due to stay. My friend needed diary intolerance and gluten free diet. We were given a very limited food on offer no gluten free bread and we’re basically made to feel we were a inconvenience . The food on offer was cross contaminated and my friend had a reaction later on .
Suggested solution:
I would like to be treated a bit better than what we have received and lack of customer services is terrible and a better range of gluten free and people with alleges to be treated with respect we paid a lot of money for this service and it is appalling how we have been treated
