My complaint:
my fiancé,daughter and grandkids arrive at clarion hotel at 76 industrial highway in Essington Pa on august 5 2023.we reserve a room never stayed at the hotel because my son offered to show his ID to the clerk because he mention that i have a disability can’t carry luggage at all.The clerk start being rude to us and she was discriminating against the clerk told us we would have to get a pack in play and i showed her my j and g tude and ileostomy when she seen that she told me i am not fit for this hotels.The clerk said i we’re gonna get my money back i still haven’t received my money back
