My complaint:
This place made me give them $100 cash deposit for both days. Lied about us after we dont smoke dont shoot up drugs had my kids there with us and made sure to get our cash deposits back we deep cleaned and they walked thru without us as well as lied to keep our money. I have a complaint with the bbb they still refuse to refund my deposit. I have videos on all social media avenues banning your hotel that one especially until i get my $200 back and so far over 50000 reviews!!!! I will keep doing all i can until they are shut down/they or you refund my $200 not on my card cuz its no longer an open acct. Im serious , i suggest you all help me.

I want my $200 sent to me in a check not on my card i paid the hotel for cuz that checking acct isnt open anymore .
