My complaint:
At 4 am 2 individuals, disguising themselves, jump the counter showed a gun on the hip of one of the suspects, and basically with clumsy coordination ran off on foot with cigarettes. Your cashier on duty is experienced and works hard is a valued employee to Circle K, is a mother a sister, a daughter a grandmother and my best friend my sister of 30 plus years. You have an insurance policy that also states during orientation that once hired there’s a no contact no retaliation policy when this occurs. SO THEN PUT A SECURITY OFFICER ARMED ON DUTY DURING THE 3RD SHIFT. THIS INNSODENT COULDVE GONE BAD EVEN FATAL. AND TO NENTIIN IF SHE DIDN’T HAVE HER CELL PHONE…. SHE WOUKDNTVE BEEN ABLE TO MAKE THE 911 CALL . BECAUSE THE PHONE IN THE STIRE IS NOT WORKING. HOW UNSAFE VERY UNSAFE IS THAT!!!
I SUGGEST HIGHLY FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES TO HAVE NI FEAR WIRKING AT ANY TIME ESPECIALLLY THE 3RD SHIFT.
Suggested solution:
By putting a security officer on duty during 3rd shift.... not temporarily.... but madtory!
