My complaint:
Every time this employee works the store is only open for a very minimal hours he likes to lock the doors for not even on his brakes and he likes to do it prior to his break so then he can continue to his break as I just went up and asked him personally when circle k was going to open up and it is 12:28 a.m. and he’s had the door locked already for a half an hour prior to this and I asked him when is going to open up and he said in 40 minutes because I’m on my break as he is on the side of the building smoking a cigarette. There been times that we have came up here around this time and the door is always locked and it’s been locked for hours and then so we got tired of waiting have proceeded to go to another gas station and after we were done getting stuff there and walking back look to see if he had opened up the doors yet still nothing and that was at least an hour later he has been known to have it locked pretty much the whole shift I’ve only known for the store to be open an hour while he is working. Personally I think he has short man syndrome due to the fact that he is short and feels like thing he needs to have power and he’s entitled to it . He also never has a sign up stating that the store is closed or when it is going to be reopened usually there is a clock that is put up with a time of when it will be opening up again and it is never on the window when he is working as the photo I have uploaded shows
Suggested solution:
He should get a probation period or some type of punishment should be given to this employee like he his hours should be reduced or cut pay for how rude he is to the customers and lack of customer service or lack of any service
