My complaint:
You have the best fresh cookies you advertise Breakfast burritos but when I go in the store I am told they didn’t have time to make the cookies. You advertise the burritos but I can only get 1 a week. Stop advertising them if you don’t have them. Or maybe you might hire some people that want to take care of the customer instead of sitting behind the counter on their cell phones. I was advised I could go somewhere else. I have worked in customer service for 50 years I have never seen a place run like this.. I always stop there on my way to work every morning it is nice when I can go get my breakfast on my way to work.. All I want is to be able to get my cookies my burritos on my way to work.

Suggested solution:
Make sure I can get my breakfast on my way to work..
I suggested they order more each week I was told it doesn't work like that.. I know how it works.
