Circle K complaint: Very rude employee

My complaint:

So I go into the store all the time I have since I moved here and when since they put this automated system in, they’ve been telling people you have no choice but to use that system. Every time I use that system a double charge is my bank account and then I have to stop my credit card and put in a complaint with my bank about your system The other customers, the other people who work behind the counter just ring it up for me because they know what happened tonight. The guy was very rude and told me I had no choice to use it if I didn’t want to use it don’t buy the stuff and you cannot force someone to use an automatic machine when it’s done bad things to my account . This particular customer teller that work service person behind the counter. Every time you go in there he’s got a attitude about
some thing or another.

Suggested solution:

I don’t understand why you have all the tellers in there and they’re not rude like that or disrespectful. I don’t know how to tell you to resolve the problem.
