My complaint:
On the above date at about 5:15am. I arrived to the store too buy some on my way to work I walked into the store and informed the clerk on duty at the time that I want $15.00 on pump 8.I,then returned to my truck to pump the gas but the pump wasn’t working so I told the clerk she says oh your gas was on pump 4.someone just pump your gas I told her from the start pump8. So then she tells me there isn’t anything she could do about a refund so at that time gave the clerk my contact information it has been two weeks and the manager never contacted my I spend over a $100.00 a week in gas at the locate On 6/27/23 I stop to the store once more and gave my contact information but the manger still fail to call, this is poor customer service I hope someone will take care of this matter Capt.David Campbell
